Primary School
The AISM educational program is based on best practices from American and international education, and from K to grade 12, it reflects the schools commitment to educating the whole child. All children, K to Grade 8, study science, mathematics, language arts, social studies, art, music, physical education and computers. The program is that of a traditional United States college preparatory school. The curriculum follows general guidelines from the American curriculum, but is improved with an Macedonian and International taste.
The AISM - Lower Elementary program (K 2) emphasizes language development, whereas Upper Elementary (grades 3 5) adds a focus on developing learning skills and habits that will enable students to transition effectively to grade 6. The grade 6 8 program is based on the developmentally appropriate Middle School model, providing challenging yet engaging learning experiences in core and exploratory subjects.

All students can take up to 3 elective courses that offered from different fields of study.
All senior students at the end of school year must take graduation exams - MATURA. The MATURA consists of three parts: English Language written exam, project on a course taken during the course of study, and oral presentation of the project.
